Dr. Anbo Wang is a highly accomplished scientist, entrepreneur, and academic leader with over three decades of expertise in optical fiber sensor technology. He is the founder of Sentek Instrument LLC (Sentek), where he has led the successful development and commercialization of advanced fiber optic sensing systems for applications in structural health monitoring, traffic management, and industrial process optimization. In academia, he is the founding director of the Virginia Tech Center for Photonics Technology and currently holds the prestigious Clayton Arye Professorship.
